On January 14, we welcome the Rev. Joshua Bode to the pulpit. Rev. Bode is a Minister in the Reformed Church in America. He grew up and met his wife Erica in West Michigan. He is a graduate of Calvin College and Western Theological Seminary. He previously served as a chaplain in Albany Medical Center and has served in the Woodstock (NY) Reformed Church for the last ten years. In addition, he has been moderator of the General Synod’s Commission on Church Order, is the Stated Clerk of the Classis of Mid-Hudson, and is active in the Faithwalking and Ridder Church Renewal communities.

He and Erica have three young children ages 3-9. Recently he accepted a call to the Protestant Church in the Sultanate of Oman. The Bodes hope to move there in 2018.
